It’s very important that you visit the OB/GYN Center as soon as possible
after finding out you’re pregnant. You will register with the Center
and meet with a nurse. Then you will have your initial OB visit, when a
Nurse Practitioner will give you an initial exam, and afterwards sign
you up for a Centering group. We prefer to start women in their
Centering groups around 12 weeks pregnant, but we can enroll people up
to 20 weeks. So, don’t wait until too late in your pregnancy to come to
your prenatal care visits!
